REFUND POLICY:
1. Due to the nature of the product once the product has been pick up or delivered, we can't accept returns due to Safety regulations.
2. We can process refunds and returns in case by case scenario when the product has not been pick-up or delivered in a maximum period of 7 days.
3. We will deliver Products within three days (standard shipping/delivery) after your order. We will call or text you beforehand to coordinate the date and delivery time. Please check that the order is complete when you receive it from the driver, there will be no returns if you don’t check.
If you miss the coordinated delivery appointment date/time and you need a new delivery we will add a $15 re-delivery fee to your order. Instead, you may pick up the missed delivery order at our Miramar Headquarters.
